The two-day, interactive course helps people across technical, non-technical, and leadership roles work together to optimize their value stream from end to end. Attendees will learn what DevOps is, why it is important to every role, and design a continuous delivery pipeline that is tailored to their business. Attendees work in cross-functional teams to map their current state value stream from concept to cash, identify major bottlenecks to flow, and build an actionable implementation plan that will accelerate the benefits of DevOps in their organization. vTo compete in a disruptive global market, every organization needs to deliver valuable technology solutions at the speed of business. This requires a shared DevOps mindset among all the people needed to define, build, test, deploy, and release software-driven systems—not just the engineers operating a CI/CD pipeline. Our DevOps Trainers

In 2016, Harry Narang was judged as one of the top 9 speakers and trainers in US and Canada by Toastmasters International – world’s leading authority in public speaking and communication. Recognized as one of the most sought after thought leaders in North America, Harry has delivered over 750 workshops and keynotes on topics of Lean Agile, Product Leadership and and System Transformation for leading corporations, associations, and conferences.

Henry has more than 30 years in the IT industry. He started his software engineer career in the telecommunication industry at BellCore, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Later, he moved to the financial industry to further his career. As a hands-on practitioner, Henry has had play many roles including software developer, business analysis, product owner, tester, release manager, and agile coach. Henry is also an educator for more than 20 years, as an adjunct professor.

Tristan is a passionate Agile and SAFe Consultant with proven expertise in helping teams and organizations realize their full potential though his training and consulting interventions. Tristan is the "roll his sleeves up" style consultant who has trained 100s of corporate professionals, and is not afraid to get on the floor and get things done. All his ideas come from his real life experiences that he has gathered from his diverse set of clients in US and Australia.
