During this two-day course, attendees gain the knowledge necessary to lead a Lean-Agile enterprise by leveraging the Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe®) and its underlying principles derived from Lean, systems thinking, Agile development, product development flow, and DevOps. Participants in the class gain insights into mastering Business Agility in order to thrive in the competitive market. They discuss how to establish team and technical agility and organize and re-organize around the flow of value. They also learn and practice the skills for supporting and executing PI Planning events and coordinating multiple Agile Release Trains (ARTs). Participants in the class explore the importance of adopting a customer-centric mindset and design thinking approach to agile product delivery. Learners also develop an understanding for implementing a Lean Portfolio Management function in their enterprise.

Henry has more than 30 years in the IT industry. He started his software engineer career in the telecommunication industry at BellCore, Lucent Technologies and AT&T. Later, he moved to the financial industry to further his career. As a hands-on practitioner, Henry has had play many roles including software developer, business analysis, product owner, tester, release manager, and agile coach. Henry is also an educator for more than 20 years, as an adjunct professor.

Nupur Shah is a Lean Agile Transformation & Executive Coach with over 12 years of experience in the technology industry with leadership positions in portfolio management and software product development. As a progressive and transformational leader with proven results in leading transformational change, She has been successful in leveraging technology to solve complex business problems for fortune 500 companies.

Andriy is currently delivering training services to in-house and external customers across all areas of functional testing. With overall 12 years of experience in teaching, training, coaching, and facilitating, Andriy is well versed in Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean UX, and SAFe® 5 (Scaled Agile Framework). He is a qualified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant with the capacity to lead training - SA, SP, POMP, APM, SSM, and SASM.

Tristan is a passionate Agile and SAFe Consultant with proven expertise in helping teams and organizations realize their full potential though his training and consulting interventions. Tristan is the "roll his sleeves up" style consultant who has trained 100s of corporate professionals, and is not afraid to get on the floor and get things done. All his ideas come from his real life experiences that he has gathered from his diverse set of clients in US and Australia.
